American Red Cross Honors BSP-Free Clinic
March 31st, 2007In March the Benevolent Specialists Project (BSP) Free Clinic was honored by the American Red Cross at the 10th Annual American Red Cross Real Heroes Awards. The BSP-Free Clinic received recognition in the Health Care Heroes category.
This annual event gives honor to those who have served their community through acts of courage, compassion and commitment. The winners were selected by a panel of business and community leaders from nominations submitted by the public.
Dr. Leslie Taylor and Dr. Paul Simenstad were in attendance at a congratulatory dinner to accept the award on behalf of the BSP-Free Clinic.
