Psychiatric Research
Dean Foundation’s Psychiatric Research department performs clinical trials in Central Nervous System (CNS) disorders. Therapeutic areas researched include major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, Alzheimer’s disease, social anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic disorder and attention deficit disorder. Researchers have expertise in working with adult, pediatric and geriatric subjects.

Medical Research
Medical Research is conducted by Dean Health System physicians in modern primary care and multi-specialty facilities with state of the art medical equipment and services.
Therapeutic specialty areas include asthma/allergy, cardiology, family practice, gastroenterology, infectious diseases, internal medicine, neurology, pediatrics and pulmonology.
Medical research studies are conducted at various sites including Dean Clinic, St. Mary’s Hospital Cardiology, Dean Oregon Clinic and Dean Oncology Department.
